Xela Dollar is the founder and principal consultant of Noble Talent Advisory, bringing more than 15 years of HR leadership to her practice. Most recently, she served as Vice President of a national consulting firm, leading HR and operations across a multi-state organization. Her experience spans nonprofits to publicly traded Fortune 500 companies, giving her a firsthand understanding of the value of strong HR practices and teams. She knows the best business outcomes come from close partnerships between HR, finance, and operations leaders working together as strategic partners.

Xela founded Noble Talent Advisory to make strategic HR leadership accessible to small and growing businesses. With a background in communications and a Juris Doctor, she combines practical business insight with a deep understanding of the people side of work. She believes every business deserves thoughtful, experienced HR guidance to help its people thrive and its business grow and she loves supporting small business owners on their journey.

A people-first, business-minded partner, Xela believes in principles over policies and approaches challenges as opportunities with the mindset that everything is figureoutable. She works alongside leaders to navigate their people challenges, build effective HR practices and teams, and create the clarity and confidence needed to grow.

When she is not helping small and growing businesses, Xela can be found on the tennis court, out for a run, cheering from the sidelines at her kids' sporting events, or enjoying time at home in the garden and cooking her family’s favorite dishes.
